Delvinia’s voter outreach communications campaign contributes to win of innovation award for the Town of Markham’s 2003 municipal election.

The Town was recognized for improving performance by implementing Internet voting and Delvinia’s integrated communications strategy, which resulted in increased voter turnout at advance polls.
