Delvinia awarded the Town of Markham’s 2003
Voter Awareness campaign
The Town of Markham has awarded Delvinia its 2003 voter
awareness campaign for this November’s municipality election. Delvinia
will work with Markham on developing the messaging and creative, as well
as all aspects of the integrated campaign, which includes press releases,
print, interactive and cable TV spots. As part of this year’s election
process, Markham will be offering voters the option to vote Online. Markham
is the first municipality in Canada to offer this service. To study the
effectiveness of this new service, Delvinia will conduct a voter satisfaction
study both during and after the election process. “We are very
excited about this campaign and working with the Town”, says Adam
Froman, President of Delvinia. “The research data collected and
analyzed during this initiative will no doubt re-define the way in which
voting is conducted in Canada.” In addition to the voter awareness
campaign, Delvinia has partnered with Markham to study the effectiveness
of broadband communications in a municipality. The results of this broadband
study will be available in December 2003.
